After only one class, I fell in love with Rumble! The instructors are very kind and helpful (shoutout to Megan! 🤗) and the music always gets me pumped for each class. This place is beginner friendly, so even if you have no previous experience with boxing or fitness, I would 100% recommend trying it out!
I’ve been rocking with Rumble boxing since April of this year(2024) and this Has been the best commitment I’ve made in for myself lately. Since starting, I have lost 14 pounds and my A1c .3 points and my cholesterol. But besides this, I’ve gain a community that I love. When I tell you this group support you….. They support you. Rumble is a really fun workout experience that does an exceptional job blending boxing, weightlifting & cardio together with excellent music in the background. Class instructors like Lauryn, Megan, Chris & Natalie do a great job keeping people moving & motivated throughout class.
I like Rumble Boxing because it's a high energy workout that combines strength training and boxing moves. With motivating trainers (Ally, Beth, Lisa, Meghan, Nelson) and upbeat music, Rumble Boxing provides me a fun and effective way to get and stay fit. Adding on to this existing review: Here I am about a year later and more than 200+ classes done. I have lost inches in my waist, gained inches in my chest and arms. I feel stronger and have more stamina. I and others can see a change in my physical appearance. The workouts and exercises vary from day to day: some days are full body workouts; other days are upper body or lower body. The trainers motivate you through the workouts, demonstrating the exercises while playing music. The workouts have a great vibe. The 10 (3 minutes) rounds go by quickly and you go at your own pace. I highly recommend others give Rumble Boxing a go. It is the best and most fun workout I have ever done. Adding onto this review. I'm now over 290 sessions and they are always fun. The trainers (Chris, Megan, Jenni, Mango, Natalie get you to do your best. If you want to try a new and exciting workout, you owe it yourself to head on over to Rumble Boxing.
This class was absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time and Megan was awesome! She was thorough in explaining each rep, she kept me motivated and pumped the entire time and was very attentive. I also liked her humor and the way she pushed everyone through to the very end. I also enjoyed the happy hour after class. It felt like a workout family and regular attendees were so cool and embracing. The music, the vibe, the workout, everything was so great! I will definitely be returning. 20 out of 10 experience!!!
